MY IPOD IS COMPLETELY DEAD, WONT COME ON, CHARGE, OR ANYTHING. ANY IDEAS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?

Real has the right answer I was having the same problem and now its working..THANKS..You have to hold it down for a while though...middle button and menu button as same time..
