My friend took my iphone durng a party
and he made charges of up to bucks through international call i found out and confonted him he said he needed to make the call because it was an emegrancy but im pissed he did this and now he says he does not the the money to pay for the charges the messed up thing is that if he would of asked i prob would of let him make the call hes beggin me not to sue him and is telling all our joined friends how great of a guy i am for helping him out what do i do what would you do?

Tell him that he should give you money every week until he pays off the . Just make sure you put it in writing that way if you take him to court you can show the judge.
